Dispatching Public Safety Services

The Sharonville Police Department is staffed on a 24/7 basis to meet the needs of its citizens for non-emergency calls.  Calling the Police department directly will result in you speaking to a dispatcher at the Police Department on Reading Road.  This dispatcher will be able to send an Officer to you, answer basic questions or direct you to the correct person or department.

Calls made by dialing 911 are handled in a different manner and should be used for emergency calls only.  These calls are answered by personnel at the Hamilton County Communications Center.  Use the 911 system to report a crime, accident, fire, serious illness or an injury that requires emergency police, fire or medical services.
