UPDATE ON NATURAL GAS AGGREGATION: OPT-OUT LETTERS BEING MAILED OUT
In 2012, City of Sharonville voters authorized the creation of a Natural Gas Aggregation Program. After a bidding process this year, the City selected IGS Energy as the program supplier.
As required by Ohio Law, residents and small commercial accounts eligible to participate in the City’s Natural Gas Aggregation program should be receiving letters in the next week from IGS Energy. Look for the City of Sharonville logo prominently displayed on the envelope along with the IGS Energy logo.
As you may remember, if you WANT to participate in the program, you do not need to do anything. Your account will automatically be placed in the program. If you are an existing program member, the new program pricing will begin at your July meter read date. If you are newly entering the program, the transition will occur at your July or August meter read date, depending on your meter read cycle.
If you DO NOT WANT to participate, please call IGS Energy or return the Opt-Out form to IGS by the deadline indicated in the letter.
If you have not received the program offer letter by June 16, 2017, or have questions regarding the offer or program, please contact IGS Energy at 1-877-353-0162 or Jennifer at 513-481-7954 x103.
