LEGAL NOTICE - INVITATION TO BID

CITY OF SHARONVILLE, OHIO -  HAMILTON COUNTY

 

General Contractors are invited to submit sealed bid proposals to the office of the Safety/Service Director, 10900 Reading Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45241 for bid opening at 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 for the Gorman Park Construction Renovation Project.

Gorman Park is located at 12153 Centerdale Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45246.  The Construction Renovation Project is generally described as a shelter house with restrooms, parking lot and sidewalks, splash pad, site grading, lighting, fencing, and landscaping.  Bid documents can be purchased through ARC Document Solutions.  Drawings are additionally available from ACI and Builder’s Exchange.

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on May 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the project location, 12153 Centerdale Road in front of the historic school building.

 

After opening of bids, no bid can be withdrawn for sixty days.   All Federal, State, County and City laws pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity and Prevailing Wage shall apply where applicable.

The Safety/Service Director reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
