We are pleased to share important updates for the 2026 Shelter Rental Season. This year brings a few small but meaningful changes, particularly regarding reservation dates. In previous years, shelter rental requests for Sharonville residents opened at midnight on January 2nd. Beginning with the 2026 season, these dates will shift as outlined below:
2026 Reservation Opening Dates
Sharonville Residents: January 12, 2026
Non-Residents: March 9, 2026
The rental request process will remain the same. Please continue to submit your request through our online form. Each submission is time-stamped and reviewed in the order received. Once your request is approved, a member of our Recreation staff will reach out to finalize your Rental Agreement.
We are also excited to share that, due to popular demand, the 2026 rental season will be extended into October. Shelters will now be available for reservation from May 1st through October 25th. Please note that shelters will not be available on a first-come, first-served basis in October as they have been in previous years; a reservation will be required. All renters are expected to respect the facilities, follow scheduled hours, and adhere to all usage guidelines.
2026 Shelter Rental Pricing (unchanged from previous year):
Resident Picnic: $30
Business Picnic: $60
Non-Resident Picnic: $90
