  • You may call us, email us, fax us, or come in person to our police department to request a report. Offense reports that are generated because of a crime committed in Sharonville will take longer to receive, as they are forwarded to our Communications Supervisor for review. Sometimes, our officers take fairly short reports that do not have to be submitted to the state for statistical purposes. These reports will typically not take as long to release. We can only release a report when it is completed by the officer and signed off by their supervisor.

We make every effort to get reports out as quickly and efficiently as possible, but we ensure compliance with the Ohio Sunshine Laws to protect victims and the privacy of all involved parties, as applicable.

  • We participate in the WebCheck program, which allows us to transmit fingerprints electronically to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) and to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), if needed. The cost for a BCI or FBI WebCheck is $45; the fee for both is $70.00 (CASH ONLY). Our WebCheck hours are Thursdays, between 9 a.m. and noon, excluding holidays. Please bring your reason code, an address for where the results need to be sent, and your photo ID. If you don't know the reason code or address, you will need to get those from the agency requiring you to get the WebCheck.

Webcheck availability is subject to change based on employee availability and other unforeseen factors. If we change the times for our Webcheck service, we will update our Facebook page. You can also call our department at 513-563-1147 with any questions.

We can do inked and rolled fingerprints for individuals who live or work in Sharonville. If you need ink prints, you will need to bring your own cards. Please call us before you come in to make sure we have someone available to do this for you!
