The City of Sharonville’s Energy Aggregation Programs
NATURAL GAS AGGREGATION PROGRAM
The City’s natural gas aggregation price is fixed at $0.549 cents per ccf through your meter read date in June 2024. If you are currently a member of the aggregation, the IGS logo and the fixed rate will be shown in the Gas Billing Details section on your Duke utility bill.
If you are not already a program participant, but want to join, call IGS Energy directly at 1-877-353-0162 or The Utilities Group at 513-481-7954 and request to enter the City of Sharonville’s Gas Aggregation Program. Have a copy of your Duke utility bill handy for required information. Also, if you are already being supplied by a non-Duke Energy vendor, contact them first to be sure you will incur no penalty or cancellation fees if you leave their supply.
ELECTRIC AGGREGATION PROGRAM
The City’s current electric aggregation program with Energy Harbor will conclude in December 2023. The carbon-free fixed rate, secured through its aggregation consultant, The Utilities Group, is $0.0472/kWh. To join the program now, please contact Energy Harbor directly at 1-866-636-3749 or The Utilities Group at 513-481-7954 and request to enter the City of Sharonville’s Electric Aggregation Program. Have a copy of your Duke utility bill handy for required information.
Letters detailing the City’s next electric aggregation program will be mailed to eligible residents and small businesses the week of November 6, 2023.
The City of Sharonville has selected IGS Energy to supply the community’s next Electric Aggregation program. Beginning January 2024 and continuing through May 2025, IGS Energy will be able to serve your home or business at a fixed rate of $0.0657 per kwh. Duke’s current rate and rate for at least the next 6 months is approximately 45% higher than this aggregation rate.
As always, the program is voluntary and there is nothing that you need to do to take advantage of the negotiated savings program. As a current resident in the City of Sharonville, you will be automatically enrolled in this program unless you decide to opt-out which you may do so at any time without penalty.
If you do not want to participate, you will have 21 days from mailing to opt-out by returning the form provided to IGS Energy or calling the company at the number provided.
Please read the letter carefully – which will contain both the City’s logo and IGS Energy’s logo – and make your choice.
INFORMATION FOR EITHER PROGRAM
