Fitness Center & Track

The Sharonville Fitness Center provides a clean, safe, and family oriented environment in which to develop your overall health and well-being. The fitness room can be utilized independently by persons 13 years of age and older. For members ages 13-17 it is required to schedule an orientation with the fitness staff prior to using the fitness center. A Health Profile  form is also required. Please complete this form and return it to the fitness center staff before scheduling your orientation.  Ages 18+ may sign off on a Fitness Waiver instead of completing an orientation.

Fitness Center and Track Hours

  • Monday - Thursday  |  6:00am - 9:00pm
  • Friday  |  6:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday  |  8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Sunday  |  11:00am - 4:00pm

Personal Training

The Fitness Center is staffed with certified health professionals who will assist you to achieve your personal fitness goals. This service is free by appointment to all fitness center pass holders.

Running and Walking Track

The track is a 1/12 mile and alternates directions daily with access to both walkers and runners. The track can be utilized by individuals 13 years of age and older. Individuals under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are not permitted.
